Phase 28 Funding

Funds for Phase 28 have been awarded to the National Board. Award Notification letters have been sent to qualifying Local Boards and State Set-Aside Committees. Award packets will be mailed later in the month. Please await the award packages. Local Boards may proceed with their processes including the advertising of the availability of funds to the jurisdiction as well as their allocation process.

Final Reports for Phase 27 and Phase AR

Final Reports for both Phase 27 and Phase AR have been mailed to Local Boards for distribution to LROs. Both reports have been sent along with a single set of instructions and revised due dates have been provided. As a reminder, a Final Report must be submitted for Phase 27 and a separate Final Report must be submitted for Phase AR. The Final Report materials also provide information on documentation submission by selected LROs. Please wait for the arrival of the Final Reports and read the instructions thoroughly as there are some changes from prior phases of the EFSP.

LB and LRO Information This location contains the various forms and information used by Local Boards and Local Recipient Organizations.	When entering your organization ID, a Local Board would enter the jurisdiction ID, 123456 for example. For an LRO, enter 123456789, where 123456 represents the jurisdiction ID and 789 is your LRO number. Do not include the phase number or any dashes. Enter your organization ID Enter your password
